Instructions / Dosing
SIMPLE: take 1-2 melts
SUNNY: take 1-2 melts, dose up for desired effect.
SUPER SUNNY: take 1 melt to stay within a microdose. Dose up for desired effect.
For the fastest uptake, place melt(s) under your tongue. Hang tight – it might take a minute to dissolve. *Kanna can increase overall serotonin levels, talk to your health provider before taking Sunny if you already take an SSRI, SNRI, MAOI, or CNS depressant.
